The Architectural Specs
This design pushes the limits of a standard 8.5ft wide x 24ft long tiny house chassis. The goal was to break the "narrow corridor" feeling common in tiny homes.
- Total Area: 280 sq ft (Ground) + 80 sq ft (Loft)
- Ceiling Height: 11ft in the Lounge / 6.5ft under the Loft
- Kitchen Feature: "The Greenhouse Extension" – A bump-out glass enclosure that acts as a sunroom.
- Staircase: 22-inch wide treads with custom Spanish Patterned Tiles on the risers.
How I Designed This with AI
The hardest part of this render was the lighting. I wanted that "overexposed, dreamy afternoon" look where the background garden is brighter than the foreground lounge.
The Veo 3 Challenge: Veo often struggles with "interior-to-exterior" depth. To fix this, I used specific camera keywords like "rectilinear wide lens" and "FOV 93°" to force the AI to see the whole room at once, rather than cropping in too close.
Notice the baby goat? That was added to give the video "Scale and Life." Static architectural videos can be boring; adding a small moving subject makes the viewer watch 40% longer.
